Tews Farm Bed & Breakfast

Tews Farm Bed & Breakfast

Tews Farm is an elegant Georgian Farmhouse, situated in the village of Woodford Halse in the glorious Northamptonshire countryside

The Top Suite - accommodation for up to 4 guests, plus cot

The Top Suite, up on the second floor of the house, is accessed via its own private wooden staircase and has a pretty and spacious double bedroom and a bathroom large enough to dance in, with two wing chairs, a claw-foot bath and a huge sheepskin rug over exposed elm floorboards.

Guests using the Top Suite may also, by arrangement, use the adjoining bedroom, which contains a double bed and wooden baby's cot. The adjoining room can comfortably accommodate children or adults, but please note that this adjoining room sports a (very charming!) vintage children's décor.

Guests with a baby should bring their own cot linen.

Tarrif is £120 for double room, plus £60 for the use of the second bedroom. This price is inclusive of breakfast for all guests.

The breakfast

Guests will enjoy a hearty country breakfast of eggs, bacon and all the trimmings, hot from the Aga and  served in the elegant Arts and Crafts inspired dining room.

The grounds

Guests are invited to enjoy the gardens with open views towards Northamptonshire's Jurassic Ridge, or to play a game of croquet on the (slightly lumpy!) croquet lawn.

The reviews...

If you like a relaxed atmosphere, friendly hospitality and restrained, stylish decor in a grade 2 listed house set in beautiful rolling countryside together with a warm, friendly hostess (and dog!), this is the place for you. Adrian

We had a fantastic stay at Jacqueline's place - house is full of charm, huge private space with extremely nice atmosphere, great breakfast and amazing friendliness. We were staying to spend the weekend at Silverstone ( a beautiful 30 minutes drive away) and will come back again for sûre! Wes

From our initial booking Jacqueline made us feel welcome. When we arrived we were greeted by their lovely lab and hosts. The rooms were good, comfortable and the picture of the bathroom doesn't do it justice. The hospitality at breakfast was superb, as was the food and it was lovely to be able to just talk with Jacqueline and her husband after breakfast for a while. They made us all feel welcome. We would certainly recommend Tews Farm to anyone looking for an excellent value for money B&B in a lovely location. Mike
